At Allied Learning Place we aim to provide effective services and positive outcomes for all clients.

 

Our pricing, respective roles & responsibilities are clearly outlined in our Service Agreement.

 

Clients should feel fully informed about how much services will cost at all times.

 

 

Step 1

Clinic Information Session

We offer an obligation free clinic information session before committing to services at our practice. During this session we discuss our services, costs and briefly plan for your assessment requirements to ensure that Allied Learning Place meets your needs.

Step 2

Initial assessment

This may consist of 1 or more 45-90 minute sessions depending on your needs.
Individual Assessment fees are charged in addition to the session cost depending on which assessment/s are required.

Step 3

Therapy Intervention

We generally offer weekly or bi-weekly sessions to ensure optimal progress.
Sessions run for 45-90 minutes depending on the type intervention required.

Medicare: We are able to provide 5 rebated services through the Medicare Chronic Medical Conditions and Complex Care Needs scheme each year to eligible clients.  We can process your claim electronically at the time of your session. NDIS: We are able to provide ongoing support and services to people with a disability funded under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We will directly invoice your plan manager, the NDIA or yourself as required. For more information  https://www.ndis.gov.au/participants/working-providers

Private health care:  Fund rebates can be claimed at the time of your consultation at our clinic using the popular and safe Tyro electronic funds transfer service to save time and minimise your initial out of pocket costs. Most funds are accepted. A surcharge of 1-2% applies depending on your account type.
